Why we celebrate 15 august?

Image
August 15th is a special day for India. It's called "Independence Day." It's like a birthday for our country. On this day in the year 1947, India became free from the rule of another country called Britain. Imagine if you were living in a big house, but someone else was making all the rules for you. You couldn't do things your own way. That's how it was for India under British rule. People in India wanted to be in charge of their own country, make their own decisions, and live their lives the way they wanted So, after a lot of hard work and protests, India finally became independent on August 15, 1947. It was a joyful day for everyone in the country. People celebrated with parades, flags, and lots of happiness. This day reminds us of the importance of freedom and how people worked together to make our country free. Every year on August 15th, we remember this special day and celebrate it as Independence day #THE_RAHAT_FOUNDATION

Short introduction About prayagraj

Prayagraj, previously known as Allahabad, is a historical city located in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. It holds immense significance in Indian history, culture, and spirituality. The city is situated at the confluence of three sacred rivers: the Ganges, the Yamuna, and the mythical Saraswati. This confluence is referred to as Triveni Sangam and is considered one of the holiest sites in Hinduism. The name "Allahabad" was given during the Mughal era, reflecting its diverse cultural heritage. However, in 2018, the city was officially renamed "Prayagraj," restoring its ancient identity, which means "Place of Sacrifice" in Sanskrit. Prayagraj has been a prominent center for education, administration, and culture throughout history. It is home to the iconic Allahabad High Court, one of the oldest high courts in India. The city also hosts the Kumbh Mela, a grand religious gathering held every 12 years, and the Ardh Kumbh Mela every six years, attracting m...
