विषय वस्तु   परिचय एक संविदा क्या है? संविदा विधि पर निर्णीत महत्वपूर्ण वाद परिचय प्रतिदिन लोग समझौते में आते हैं; अक्सर व्यक्ति ऐसे अनिवार्य प्रावधानों को ध्यान में रखे बिना समझौते करते हैं, जो एक लागू करने योग्य संविदा बनाने के लिए आवश्यक हैं। एक संविदा का गठन दो या दो से अधिक पक्षों के बीच एक समझौता करने का इरादा है। संविदा मुख्य रूप से दो प्रकार के होते हैं या हम कह सकते हैं कि संविदा दो तरह से बन सकते हैं यानी मौखिक और लिखित रूप में। जो संविदा केवल मौखिक शब्दों के द्वारा दो पक्षों के बीच बनाया जा सकता है तो इस प्रकार के संविदा को मौखिक प्रकार के संविदा के रूप में जाना जाता है। इस प्रकार के संविदा को लागू करना कठिन है क्योंकि कानून के समक्ष पक्षों के बीच समझौते का कोई सबूत नहीं है और अदालत द्वारा दंड से खुद को बचाने के लिए पक्ष अपने बयान को बार-बार बदल सकते हैं। दूसरी ओर, हस्ताक्षरित या लिखित संविदा इन दिनों ज्यादातर लोगों द्वारा उपयोग किए जाते हैं क्योंकि इस प्रकार के संविदा अधिक सुरक्षित होते हैं क्योंकि इस प्रकार के संविदा के पास पहले से ही आवश्यक प्रावधान होते हैं और यदि क...
