  The Supreme Court acquitted the parents-in-law of a deceased wife who were charged with committing dowry death since the factum of a dowry demand was not proved. The Court reiterated that for convicting an accused under Section 304-B of the Indian Penal Code, it must be proved that soon before her death, the deceased was subjected to cruelty or harassment in relation to the alleged demand of dowry in connection with marriage. In this case, the parents of the deceased complained about the dowry death against the husband and parents-in-law of the deceased alleging that her death occurred unnaturally after she suffered burn injuries soon after the marriage. It was alleged that the deceased was subjected to cruelty and harassment in relation to a demand for a bike and Rs. 50,000/- cash when the daughter gave birth to a male child.   28/10/2023 - 29/10/2023 तक आयोजित   UP SS SC  PET देने के बाद एक छात्र का दर्द   घर से निकले लिए अरमान, PET स्कोर करना है 80 पार। आयोग ने दिया ऐसा फाँस, मुश्किल में पड़ गए 30 पार। बस ट्रेन की मारा मारी, ऑटो, ईरिक्शा की लूट खसोट। सबसे पाया हमने पार, खर्चा आया डेढ़ हजार। खुशी से हुए center के अन्दर, पेपर देखके हुए - सरेण्डर। पेपर आया हाथ में, होश उड़ गए साथ में। UPSSSC आयोग ने ठाना है, पेपर UPSC का बनाना है। सत्याग्रह से किया किनारा, लंगोटी का है लिया सहारा। खूब चली आयोग की मनमानी, छात्रों के संग हुई बेइमानी। नहीं चाहिए PET-WET, हमको चाहिए भर्ती DIRECT ~✍️ Comment please Youtube
